SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed from Monday through Friday will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. We can be reached at info@thesources.com.au and we typically respond within 24-48 hours.
If you need to change, cancel, or any other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make change requests once your order is done processing or once it is shipped. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments.

We are happy to offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over AUD$59.
Free shipping orders are processed through a third-party courier service and should arrive within 3-12 business days*.
Australia - Shipping rates on orders under AUD$59
We offer live shipping rates Australia-wide on all orders under AUD$59.
Live shipping rates are provided through a third-party courier service and reflect the exact shipping rates for the company at the time of purchase. These orders should arrive within 3-12 business days*.
Australia - Express Shipping
Express shipping costs are based on your location. Parcels are sent via Australia Post or DHL and are subject to each company's Express Delivery Terms which can be found on their websites. Delivery times are on average within 1-4 business days depending on distance*.
*Please note these timings are a guide only, listed here for the convenience of our customers. Your delivery may arrive outside of these timeframes and delays may occur due to events beyond our control (ie. Christmas shopping periods, Covid19-related restrictions, or severe weather).
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Email us at info@thesources.com.au with your details including your order number and updated address. The more information you give us, the sooner we can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change Address' in the subject line.
We cannot guarantee that this will be possible as your order may already have been dispatched. So please be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received this email, please contact info@thesources.com.au.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Though we work hard to maintain accurate stock levels, from time to time we may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will send you the available products, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please see our returns policy below for options once the package arrives.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We understand that sometimes items can get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email us at info@thesources.com.au within 3 days, detailing your order number and including colour images showing the damaged item/s. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent.
